1. Product Quality: ALCOOP-BOD strives to produce high-quality and well-refined agricultural products, including maize, plantain, soybeans, natural honey, and mushrooms. However, we cannot guarantee the availability or quality of products due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, pests, and diseases.

2. Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations, supply and demand, and other economic factors.

3. Delivery: While we aim to deliver our products on time, delays may occur due to factors such as weather conditions, transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. ALCOOP-BOD shall not be held responsible for any losses or damages resulting from such delays.

4. Payment: Payment for our products must be made in full before delivery, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of purchase.

5. Returns and Refunds: Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns and refunds may not be accepted unless the products are found to be defective or damaged upon delivery. In such cases, customers must notify ALCOOP-BOD within 24 hours of receiving the products.

6. Liability: ALCOOP-BOD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or consumption of our products.

7. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, and copyrights, associated with ALCOOP-BOD and its products remain the sole property of the cooperative.

8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cameroon.

9. Amendments: ALCOOP-BOD reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review the terms and conditions periodically.

10. Acceptance: By purchasing or using any of ALCOOP-BOD’s products, customers acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
